Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations must be held by a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express credit cards. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, for motel rooms a full refund will be given if notified 72 hours in advance of your reservation date. A three week cancellation notice is required on all cottages, condos and houses or the $100 deposit is forfeited.
Check In and Check Out Times
Check out time is 11 am. Check in time is after 3pm.
Pets
We will accept a small, well-behaved pet for a $10 per night. You must notify us in advance if you will be bringing a pet with you.
Smoking Policy
We have a limited number of smoking rooms available. Please inquire when making your reservation for availability. Smoking is not permitted in any of the cottages and oceanview rental houses. A $250 charge will be added to your bill for smoking in a non-smoking room/house.
